Caroline O'Driscoll

Caroline is a co-founder of Optima Global and currently serves as its Secretary and Treasurer. She leads the company's corporate and business development efforts, developing the company's internal systems and policies and expanding its professional network. She helps Optima Global's clients in community engagements, needs assessments, capacity building and resource development, with her expertise in the areas of policy, regulatory and Indigenous relations.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and academe, holding dual Bachelor degrees in Environmental Science and Education from the University of Calgary, Alberta, as well as a Juris Doctor and an M.Sc. in Sustainable Energy Development. She also completed a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Ontario.
